Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 12, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 82, BLOCK “B-3”, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE B, UNIT 1, TRACTS 322, 323 AND 324, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 112 THROUGH 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6614 BUTTONBUSH COURT, BRADENTON, FL 34202; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on May 13, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
