NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002878 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK FSB, is Plaintiff and PETER ZERVOS, ET. AL., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, OF EDGEWATER VILLAGE SUBPHASE A UNIT 5, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 32 THROUGH 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
