NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003887 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee of J.P. Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2006-A5, Plaintiff and Roberto A. Espinosa and Ramon A. Espinosa are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT S 624, SARASOTA CAY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2078, PAGES 2292 THROUGH 2404, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
