NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006726 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF AEGIS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff and John Polyakovics, Mortgage Electronics Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Diversified Mortgage, a Florida corporation, April Accordi, and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 14.6 feet of Lot 14 and the South 75.4 feet of Lot 15, Block G, Southwood Village, First Addition Replat, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, page 56 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 5811 W 25th Street, Bradenton, FL 34207.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
