Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2010 CA 012739 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH P. BRACHLE, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, COVINGTON PLACE, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 22 AND 22A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 13th day of May, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
