NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-014710 Div H of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB., is the Plaintiff and URY GAPCHUCK, LUBA GAPCHUCK, CENTURY BANK, FSB, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on May 26, 2014, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
The North 91.2 feet of the South 273.6 feet to the North 1824 of Government Lot 2, Section 16, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, being a parcel fronting approximately 100 feet of the Gulf of Mexico and lying between said Gulf of Mexico and Manasota Key Road, SUBJECT TO a perpetual walking easement over the Northerly 3 feet of the above described property, for the following described property: That portion of the following described land that lies east of Manasota Key Road, lying between said Manasota Key Road and the waters of Lemon Bay:
The North 91.2 feet of the South 273.6 feet of the North 1824 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 16, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, together with a parcel of submerged land in Lemon Bay in Section 16, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the point of Intersection of a line parallel to and 1549.6 feet South of the North line of Government Lot 2, said Section 16, with the mean high water mark of Lemon Bay; thence East along said line 340 feet more or less to the Westerly right-of-way line of the intracoastal waterway, said Westerly right-of-way line being 750 feet from, as measured at right angles to the centerline of said intracoastal waterway; then South 33°18'20” East along said Westerly right-of-way line 109.1 feet to the intersection with a line 1640.8 feet South of and parallel to the said North line of Government Lot 2, thence West along said line 370 feet, more or less, to the mean high water mark of Lemon Bay; thence in a Northerly direction along said mean high water mark 92 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
