NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014, and entered in 2008 CA 011671 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and KELLY DAVEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY DAVEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; FLORIDIAN GULF COAST HOMES, INC.; GC CONSTRUCTION INC., AN INACTIVE FLORIDA CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK 1046, 24TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 14 AND 14A THRU 14M OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
