Final Judgment was awarded on April 11, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-52470, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and, DAVID KRAMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID KRAMER; CASCADES AT ESTERO RESIDENT'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on this May 12, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
