Final Judgment was awarded on January 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-52530, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2003-5, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-5 is the Plaintiff, and, VIVIAN BROWN; TANYA E. BRYANT AKA TANYA BRYANT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIVIAN BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TANYA E. BRYANT AKA TANYA BRYANT; FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
