Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 12, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BOTANICA LAKES - PLAT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000244697, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
