NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-CA-50321 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and Edgar L. Velez; __ Velez, unknown spouse of Edgar L. Velez, if married ; Quail West Foundation, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on May 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes:
LOT J25, IN BLOCK 1, OF QUAIL WEST, PHASE II, UNIT 1, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, AT PAGES 69 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
