Myers, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE6 is Plaintiff and JOHN G KECKLER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SZILVIA KECKLER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN KECKLER, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT IS DECEASED, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of August, 2014 at 09:00AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 1, COLONIAL TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
