Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014 and setting sale for May 16, 2014 in Case no. 51-2012-CA- 007248-WS of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Best Capital Funding, Inc. is Plaintiff and Michelle Ann Demers is Defendant, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of May, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
