NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered on March 18, 2014, and “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in the above-styled action on February 13, 2014, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Pasco County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 11, 2014, at 11:00 a.m.:
Lots 26, 27 and 28, Block 88, City of New Port Richey, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 49, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
