OAKES, SR., DECEASED; STEPHEN L. OAKES, JR., AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN L. OAKES, SR., DECEASED; STEPHEN MICHAEL OAKES, A MINOR, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN L. OAKES, SR., DECEASED; RICHARD C. WILLIAMS, JR. AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF, STEPHEN L.
