NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the above-captioned action on April 8, 2014, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as,
The East ½ of Lot 1, Block A, NO. 1 SPRINGFIELD SUBDIV, together with that portion of vacated avenue abutting on the East, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 56 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at a public sale on May 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
