Bank National Association, As Trustee, For Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-ar6, is the Plaintiff and Citibank, National Association F/K/A Citibank Federal Savings Bank, Hugo Colomba, Ines Colomba, Palm Harbour Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(S), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 5633, PAGES 2093 THROUGH 2155, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
