Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on April 3, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as follows:
UNIT NO. 1901, BUILDING 19, PEPPERTREE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4150, PAGE 1461 AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 66-70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
With a street address of 744 116th Avenue N. #1901, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 12, 2014 at 10:00 am. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
