NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10013253CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, SBMBAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, HENNAGIR, LISA, et. al., are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of May, 2014, the following described property:

BOOK 7411, PAGE 2329, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 31 THROUGH 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
