Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12-007205-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH C. KELLEY, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 15, BLOCK 63, MEADOWLAWN TWELFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 68 AND 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS OF RECORD AND TAXES FOR THE CURRENT YEAR.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of May, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
