THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1, BUILDING 6117, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CALAIS VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5323, PAGE 1630 THROUGH 1716 INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 49 THROUGH 52 INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 6117 CALAIS BLVD N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33714 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lindsay M. Alvarez of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 5/26/2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
