NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-006133-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-ASAP2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and KEITH DWAYNE ALBRITTON; SABRINA L. ALBRITTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS,INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CIMARRON MORTGAGE COMPANY DBA THE MORTGAGE WAREHOUSE are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, OAK HARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
