BOOK 5748, PAGE 752, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 68 TO 77, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1 WINDRUSH BLVD # 65 BLDG W, INDIAN ROCKS, FL 33785; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
