NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2014 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on May 13, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Part of Lot 8, according to “PLAN OF THE TOWN OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA”, recorded in Deed Record “K” on Page 473, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, which was subsequently included in part of the South half (S1/2) of Block 26 of WM. SIMPSON AND WIFE`S ADDITION TO DUNEDIN, FLORIDA, according to the plat of this latter subdivision recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 24, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South boundary of said Block 26 which is N 79°W. 217.4 feet along said boundary from the SE corner of said block; and thence continuing on this same bearing along said South boundary 95.0 feet to the NE corner of the intersection of the public thoroughfare known as Broadway and Albert Street; thence N 11°E along the Easterly boundary of Broadway 59.0 feet; thence S 79°E parallel to Albert Street 95.00 feet; thence S 11`W parallel to Broadway 59.0 feet to the point of beginning, all lying and being situate in Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
