NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-015325-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. is Plaintiff and CRAIG A. SHIRLEY; DENISE A. SHIRLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SYNOVUS BANK F/K/A SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 158, BRUNSON'S NO. 4 ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
