LOT 7, BLOCK 3, OF LARRY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO TH EPLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27 PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, and any amendments thereto.
Also known as: 0 Francis Court, St. Petersburg, FL 33714 (“the Property”)
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Joseph Kenny, Esq. of Weber, Crabb, & Wein, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, PHILLIP KASSIS, whose address is 5999 Central Avenue, Suite 203, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before 5/23/2014; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
