NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-000526-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICK L. LOCKHART A/K/A PATRICK LEE LOCKHART; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK; CYNTHIA LOCKHART A/K/A CYNTHIA A. LOCKHART A/K/A CYNTHIA HERALD A/K/A CYNTHIA WHITE HERALD A/K/A CYNTHIA A. HERALD and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 39, Oak Park Estates, First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 90, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Less that part described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 39, run South 11 deg. 37' 17” East, along the Westerly line of said Lot 38, 73.09 feet, thence North 25 deg. 49' 20” West, 73.23 feet, thence along a curve to the left, chord bearing North 71 deg. 43' 14” East, chord 18.00 feet, arc 18.13 feet and radius 80.0 feet to Point of Beginning, And Also: That part of Lot 38 in said Oak Park Estates, First Addition, described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of said Lot 38, run thence North 11 deg. 37' 17” West, along the Westerly line of said Lot 38, 73.0 feet, thence South 25 deg. 49' 20” East 79.69 feet, thence North 89 deg. 19' 42” West, along the Southerly line of said Lot 38, 20.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
