Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 17, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 407, BUILDING 11, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LAND'S END AT SUNSET BEACH 3, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5922, PAGES 93 THROUGH 194, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM - PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 37 THROUGH 41 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 7564 BAYSHORE DRIVE #11-407, TREASURE ISLAND, FL 33706; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
