NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-008511-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 12 day of May 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF LOT 10, BLOCK 9, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK 9 OF MAXIMO MOORINGS UNIT TWO, THENCE RUN NORTH 79 DEGREES 49'28” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 28.90 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 84 DEGREES 50'43” EAST A DISTANCE OF 76.90 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 00 DEGRESS 07'39” EAST A DISTANCE OF 17.97 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER; THENCE RUN SOUTH 74 DEGREES 01'55” WEST A DISTANCE OF 109.18 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
