NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014442 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MARIANNE SPRUNGER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/29/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 110 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST, 438 FEET THEREOF BEING A PART OF FARM 33, PINELLAS FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 SAID SECTION 32, AND MEASURING 110 FEET ON THE EAST BOUNDARY, 110 FEET ON THE WEST BOUNDARY, 215.17 FEET ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY, 215.61 FEET ON THE SOUTH BOUNDARY.
