NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA003118XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF GSAMP TRUST 2004 HE2, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004 HE2, is Plaintiff and Amos Lee Deck, Jr., Brane Partners, LLC and Marrie Stintson, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105, LESS THE WESTERLY 3 FEET THEREOF, RECTOR'S GROVELAND THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
