Spires also known as Robin Spires, Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association, Inc., Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Tenant # 1, Tenant #2, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 18 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
