A parcel of land located in the County of Charlotte, State of Florida, and known as: Being Lot Number 8 Block 526 in Punta Gorda Isles, Section 20, a subdivision as shown in the recorded Plat/Map thereof in Plat Book 11 Pages 2A thru 2Z42 of Charlotte County Records.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before 8/18/14, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
