NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor lobby, in the Clerk's Office of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL at 11:00 a.m., on the 21 day of August, 2014, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 37, Block 4, Trafford Pine Estates Section One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 10, Pages 99 and 100, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
