NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2014, and entered in 2011-CA-001128 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and GREGORY STRANGER; CORALIE K STRANGER AS TRUSTEE OF THE STRANGER FAMILY 2003 TRUST DATED DECEMBER 31, 2003; BRAEBURN AT STONEBRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); STONEBRIDGE COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREGORY A. STRANGER AS TRUSTEE OF THE STRANGER FAMILY 2003 TRUST DATED DECEMBER 31, 2003; CORALIE KIM STRANGER A/K/A CORALIE K. STRANGER are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on August 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 22, BRAEBURN AT STONEBRIDGE, PHASE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2459, PAGE 3000 THROUGH 3102, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND INTEREST IN CERTAIN LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM ASSIGNED TO GRANTEE AS SET FORTH IN THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DECLARATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
