NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1002050CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and YIU CHENG FAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.m. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, WALDEN SHORES, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 88 and 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
