NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002353 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-4N TRUST FUND, Plaintiff, and, ZUZANA MORROW, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 18 day of August, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 37, ARLINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 AT PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
