NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003062 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Bencey Louis also known as Bency Louis, Marie Farah Louis also known as Marie F. Louis, Tenant #1 n/k/a Gladis Attilus, Tenant #2 n/k/a Macey Louis, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
