NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2013-CA-003224-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and YUBEY M FIGUEROA; NAPLES PARKWOOD CLUB, INC.; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 20 day of AUGUST, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-1 03, NAPLES PARKWOOD CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1256, PAGE 1307 THROUGH 1365, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
