NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 10-01958CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Pauline Profitt; Donald Profitt; Citifinancial Equity Services Inc.; Florida Soft Water, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the August 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 91, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 30, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; SUBJECT TO THAT CERTAIN PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AS RECORDED IN ORDER OF TAKING BY COLLIER COUNTY RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3406, PG 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
