NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-01891, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-2, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and DAVID G. NOSTAS; MARIA ZURITA are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 21 day of AUGUST, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
