NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-003751 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-2, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER BENCE; STACY BENCE A/K/A STACY L. BENCE; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (USAA FSB) are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Collier County, Florida at 11:00am on the 18 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 119, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 84, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
