NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 124461CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and BARBARA REYES EMERSON PARK AT AVE MARIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC ALLAN F. REYES; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 20 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 194, AVE MARIA UNIT 8, EMERSON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 41 THROUGH 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
