NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1300422CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and LOURDES SOTO REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOURDES SOTO and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOEL SAEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 20 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, BUILDING 51, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR. BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
