NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1301024CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JUANITA PEREZ COURTYARD VILLAGE AT KING LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 20 day of AUGUST, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium composed of Unit no. B-203, The Courtyard Village of Kings Lake, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1515, page 2345, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and subsequent amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
