NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2013-ca-002681-0001, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL RIPEPI; DINA RIPEPI; ROSEWOOD WATERS, LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL RIPEPI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DINA RIPEPI; FALLING WATERS TENNIS & POOL CLUB, INC.; FALLING WATERS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROSEWOOD OF FALLING WATERS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of August, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
UNIT 2209 ROSEWOOD A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1800 PAGES 328 THROUGH 431, INCLUSIVE AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1655 Windy Pines Dr, Apt 9, Naples, FL 34112
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
