NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006697 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONA TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE of the indymac indb mortgage loan trust 2005-1, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2005-1 under the pooling and servicing agreement dated september 1, 2005, is Plaintiff and KYLE HAUGHEY, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 7, block e, north oaks estates, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 43, pages 137 through 143, public records of manatee county, florida.
Property Address: 2715 94th street east, palmetto, florida 34221.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
