NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in 2010-CA-009420 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and WALLACE V. ERICKSON A/K/A WALLY V. ERICKSON; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE TRAILS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wi:
LOT 194, THE TRAILS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 175 THROUGH 181, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
