Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of MANATEE County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in MANATEE County, Florida described as:
LOT 38, BLOCK 1, BRADEN WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 129 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9106 East 64th Avenue, Bradenton, Florida 34202, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on August 28, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
