SCHAROUN A/K/A TAMMY SCHAROUN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; COUNTRY MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CECILLO SANCHEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
